Antitumoral effects of Santolina chameacyparissus on Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Cells

Santolina chameacyparissus (Santo) is an evergreen plant which traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory effects in various diseases. In this study, we aimed to explore the of Santo non-small cell lung cancer cells. We extracted volatile oil from and evaluated cytotoxicity, apoptosis, motility extract on two (NSCLC) lines; one a patient derived other commercially available A549 also identified components via GC/MS investigated possible targets major using qPCR docking studies.
